Liquid whole egg


Uniformly liquid product. Colour from yellow to orange. Egg characteristic odour and flavour. Intended use: in pastry and cooking. Not recommended for those allergic to eggs.
- Chilled, (0-(+4)oC), shelf life 21 days. When opened can be stored 24 h at temperature 0-(+4)oC. If product is stored opened without contact with air, can be stored for 5 days after opening at temperature 0-(+4)oC.
- Frozen, (-(18) oC), shelf life 1 year. When opened can be stored 24 h at temperature 0-(+4)oC.
- With longer shelf life, (0-(+4)oC), with preservatives. Additives – potassium sorbate as preservative, citric acid as acidifier. Shelf life 90 days. When opened can be stored 24 h at temperature 0-4oC. If product is stored opened without contact with air, can be stored for 5 days after opening at temperature 0-4oC.

Fats: ≥ 9.5%
Carbohydrates: ≤ 0.7%

Liquid whole egg (with Omega)
Uniformly liquid or frozen product without admixtures. Without shell and membrane. Colour from yellow to orange. Hens are fed with special feed which contains raps oil, raps feed additives as well as other oil plants additives, sprouts and oils. As the result eggs contains enlarged volume of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Fatty acid group proportion (Omega 6 / Omega 3 corresponds from 4:1 till 5:1) ensures good physiological effect. Volume of unsaturated fatty acids is not less than 63% from the total volume of fatty acids (3,9 % of which are Omega – 3 and not less than 16,4 % Omega – 6 unsaturated fatty acids). . Intended use: in pastry and cooking. Not recommended for those allergic to eggs.

Ingredients: Whole egg liquid, cream, water, stabilizers: guar gum, xanthan gum, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.
Not recommended for those allergic to eggs and milk.

Storage conditions:

Use conditions: shake before use
Two ways of product preparation:
- In oven. 30 - 40 minutes at temperature +180 °C.
- On pan. 2 - 5 minutes at temperature +180 °C.
