Proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids: Omega 6 / Omega 3 corresponds from 4:1 till 5:1. Volume of unsaturated fatty acids is not less than 63% from the total volume of fatty acids

In different ways of food – cooking, pastry and other food industry sectors. Recommended to use after heat treatment. Not recommended for those allergic to eggs. After regular use – good influence to all physiological processes. Volume of the product for ensuring nutritive value and physiological effect: 1 – 2 eggs per day with weight 63 g.
