BALTICOVO receive internation food safety certification BRC FOOD and IFS FOOD (29.04.2010)
In March 2010 in company Balticovo were running audit process on certification for internation food safety standart certificates IFS Food (Internation Featured standard) and BRC Food (British Retail Consortium) organized by Bureau Veritas.
We are happy to inform that company Balticovo has succesfully finished the certification process. That prooves that Balticovo in working accordingly to highest internation food safety standards and certificates IFS Food and BRC Food certificates were just received. These certificates is evidence that Balticovo is producing the best quality food products for our customers accordingly to all food safety, hygiene and veterinary requirements in Latvia and in all export markets.
European Food Ingredients Exhibition (16.11.2009)
November 17 – 19, 2009 Balticovo takes part in exhibition Food Ingredients Europe (Frankfurt, Germany). Visit us in the exhibition at stand 91E43.
New egg processing and grading centre (16.11.2009)
On October 9th, this year AS “Balticovo” opened its new egg processing and grading centre.
It consists of nine modern laying hen houses and grading centre with capacity of 180 thousands egg per hour.
The new complex is the largest and modern in North Europe and one of the largest in Europe.
The egg production capacity is 500 million eggs per year.
