Uniformly liquid product. Colour from yellow to orange. Egg characteristic odour and flavour. Intended use: in pastry and cooking.

Chilled, (0-(+4)oC), shelf life 13 days. When opened can be stored 24 h at temperature 0-(+4)oC. If product is stored opened without contact with air, can be stored for 5 days after opening at temperature 0-(+4)oC.

Frozen, (-(18) oC), shelf life 1 year. When opened can be stored 24 h at temperature 0-(+4)oC.

With longer shelf life, (0-(+4)oC), with preservatives. Additives – potassium sorbate E202 as preservative, citric acid E330 as acidifier. Shelf life 90 days. When opened can be stored 24 h at temperature 0-(+4)oC. If product is stored opened without contact with air, can be stored for 5 days after opening at temperature 0-4oC.

Quality criteria: Proteins ≥ 14.5%, Fats ≥ 20%, Carbohydrates ≥ 0.3%, Dry matter ≥ 42%, pH 6 – 7 ; 5.5 – 6.5 (with pres.); Energy value 141/588 kcal/KJ.

Packing: Bag in box 5, 10, kg . Aseptic polyethylene bag with a cork in carton box.
