Liquid egg yolk



Uniformly liquid product. Colour from yellow to orange. Egg characteristic odour and flavour. Intended use: in pastry and cooking.

Chilled, (0-(+4)oC), shelf life 21 days. When opened can be stored 24 h at temperature 0-(+4)oC. If product is stored opened without contact with air, can be stored for 5 days after opening at temperature 0-(+4)oC.

Frozen, (-(18) oC), shelf life 1 year. When opened can be stored 24 h at temperature 0-(+4)oC.

With longer shelf life, (0-(+4)oC), with preservatives. Additives – potassium sorbate as preservative, citric acid as acidifier. Shelf life 90 days. When opened can be stored 24 h at temperature 0-(+4)oC. If product is stored opened without contact with air, can be stored for 5 days after opening at temperature 0-4oC.
