Uniformly liquid product. Colour from yellow to orange. Egg characteristic odour and flavour. 


Intended use:
 for HoReCa sector.

 

Ingredients: Whole egg liquid, egg white, water, cream, thickener: modified starch, stabilizers: guar gum, xanthan gum, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: citric acid.

Proteins > 6g

Fats > 7,5g

Carbohydrates ≤ 2,8g

Energy value 110kcal/461kJ

 

Storage conditions:

-Chilled product. 30 days from production date at temperature 0-(+4)oC, when opened can be stored 48 h at temperature 0-(+4)oC.

-Frozen product. 365 days from production date at temperature -18oC. Defreezing 24 h at temperature +4oC. Do not freeze after defreezing. When defreezed and opened can be stored 48 h at temperature 0-(+4)oC

 

Type of packing:

- 10 litres antiseptic polymer sack with cork, packed in carton box (Bag in box).

- 5 litres plastic jerry can

 

Use conditions: shake before use

 

Two ways of product preparation:

- In steam oven approx. 5-10 minutes

- Cook in a pan
