Uniformly liquid product. Colour from yellow to orange. Egg characteristic odour and flavour.
Ingredients: Whole egg liquid, egg white, water, cream, thickener: modified starch, stabilizers: guar gum, xanthan gum, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: citric acid.

Storage conditions: -Chilled product. 30 days from production date at temperature 0-(+4)oC, when opened can be stored 48 h at temperature 0-(+4)oC. -Frozen product. 365 days from production date at temperature -18oC. Defreezing 24 h at temperature +4oC. Do not freeze after defreezing. When defreezed and opened can be stored 48 h at temperature 0-(+4)oC
