Vegetable frittata - delicious and filling!
For 4 people:
8 EVA eggs; 100 ml of milk; 1 onion; 1 pepper; 1 small zucchini or zucchini; A handful of spinach; 80 g grated cheese; Salt ; Frying oil; 20 g butter for frying
Preparation:
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with salt and milk.
Vegetables are cut into sticks. Heat the oil and butter in a pan with a metal handle until melted, add the onions and fry until translucent. Then add the peppers and zucchini, sauté until the vegetables are ready and lightly browned and add the spinach, stir. Sprinkle with half the cheese, pour over the egg mass and pour over the remaining cheese. Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, grill and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the eggs are coagulated and the surface of the frit is browned. Serve immediately.
