Grilled fruit with ice cream

  • Ingredients:
  • 4 gatavi persiki
  • 20 g kausēta sviesta
  • 100 g granolas
  • 2 bumbas Balticovo mango proteīna saldējuma
  • piparmētras lapiņas dekorēšanai

PREPARATION

1. Cut the peaches in half, remove the stone and smear with melted butter.

2. Fry the peaches on the grill or pan with the cut side down so that the burnt grate is formed.

3. Put the grilled peach on a plate, put a mango ice cream ball in place of the stone, sprinkle with granola and decorate with mint leaves.
