1. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the milk, cool slightly and beat the egg.

chilled milk and butter. Knead the dough well, put it back in the bowl,

3. Prepare the filling: mix the soft butter with the cinnamon and sugar.

4. Put the leavened dough on the table and roll out into a rectangle, then
